VISIT ROSEWELL:
Convenient to Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown, the site is
open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Sunday
from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Winter hours are subject to change.
Admission is $4 for adults, children 6 through 12 - $2.00. Student
Time Travelers - 1/2 price. Children 5 & under - free.
The Rosewell Visitor Center has an exhibit hall, a gift shop, and
an archaeology lab. Docents are on duty for tours. Persons with
special needs can see the site from a golf cart. Picnic tables and
open spaces invite families to spend the day together in the beauty
of rural Gloucester County and in the shadow of the 18th century.
Rosewell

THE WAY TO ROSEWELL:
From Route 17 at White Marsh, turn west onto Route 614 (Hickory
Fork Rd.) at the Little Sue store. Go about 2 miles and turn left
onto Route 632 (Aberdeen Creek Rd.). Continue about 1.5 miles. At
the "Y" in the road, bear left onto Route 644. Go .3 miles and bear
left onto the unpaved Old Rosewell Lane. The Visitor Center is ahead
on the left.
